Join me for May 2, Friday for a Line Dance Lesson (beginner) at 7 PM at the Rockin' Horse Dance Barn in Renton, WA. Taught by Serfling. Then at 8 PM to 1030 we dance to music, line dancing in the middle and partner dances (country 2 step, Country swing, waltz, West coast Swing, Night club two step,Sweetheart shoddish, Ten Step, 16 Step) and no need for a partner! or to know how they will help you learn. There are plenty of partners but bring yours if you have one! All are welcome!

If you don't know how to do these various types of dance they will teach you. Very friendly people, easy to get along with!
Alcohol Free atmosphere, Water is available for sale. Snacks you can bring but there is always someone's birthday(anniversary, etc) to celebrate and they bring cake etc.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes to dance in (preferably indoor only shoes with smooth soles nothing grippy or you will hurt yourself)
(Boots with smooth soles can work) I wear dance sneakers, of course I dance 4-5 x a week.
The idea here is to have fun!

My most favorite of things to do is line dance and I do it here Rockin' Horse Dance Barn. It has expanded me in so many ways and I have fun. and my brain works so well with it. I learn the patterns of dancing and have found some dances I can do and learn quite well. Its the beat I am convinced it starts me moving . So fun.
If you are in Seattle and are interested in joining me at the
the Rockin' Horse Dance Barn in Renton. I can be found there dancing Friday nights(dances in Dec) and at the Sunday Funday this coming Sunday! {You can come and just watch if you want! but joining in can be fun too!) Start to count yourself in to the things you like you just might have fun! and of course the beginner and intermediate line dance classes which will resume in January. So come join me at the 5 events being held this December (yes there is a NY Eve Dance too)

People need to be aware that ADHD is very much treatable Including exercise as treatment . Though dancing is fun and we do it naturally to be able to increase our dopamine. Dancing, movement , running can enhance our dopamine movement by BDNF (brain derived neutrophic factor) so even walking and any exercise has a beneficial effect on our dopamine. Oh yes I am a provider prescriber with over 30 years of experience.

A rare treat as Line Dance lessons are being held on SUNDAYS! This means you can join in when you are off. Have fun, learn new things and get movement in your day. I didn't know I loved dancing this much until I started with beginner line dance. Last year. Now I absolutely do not know what i would do with out it.
Come learn to line dance at the Rocking Horse Dance Rockin' Horse Dance Barn a new session starts this SUNDAY! Oh by the way if you can't come You can do it on ZOOM but must register for it and let them know.
