As your local wellness experts, we are here to provide services, information, education and resources to help you reach your goals in health! We offer Chiropractic care with a focus on family wellness, pediatrics, ADHD and neuro sensory care, sports performance, autoimmune disorders and general structural dysfunction. We also offer individual and group coaching, Nutrition, supplementation and meal planning, exercise training, Massage Therapy, Metaphysical energy work, meditation and more.

Hello All!
I’m adjusting this week and have the November schedule up as well… there are a couple of classes as well.
Starting in December, I will have a consistent schedule that includes Every Other Thurs- Sat. More details coming soon!!

I am adjusting Wed- Friday this week and Tues/Wed next week!
My availability for Ensofic Reiki, Cord Cutting and Activations with .innate is mostly full this trip ~ I have a couple spots left Thursday the 31st and Friday, Sept 1st and have openings for Sept 12–15th.
We have the Empower Thyself class & Initiation Sept 16-17th in Normandy Park. Who’s ready?? Who’s curious??
Also, always available for Nutritional Consults, Strengthening & Stabilization Exercise programs or distance healing work when I am traveling!
Looking forward to serving in the PNW this week 🫶🏽

Ensofic Reiki is powerfully relaxing modality that incorporates light touch, intuition, chi stimulation and pure energy to release, relax and awaken innate energy within.
These session can be used to address healing goals physically, mentally and emotionally.
You can do one session of Ensofic Reiki or a series of 3 sessions for the Ensofic Ray Healing modality.

It’s official…
I remember when this first sign was made and the pride I felt in being able to hang my sign on the corner of 6th and 223rd. It took months to get it all approved, made, hung, etc. it was a milestone moment.
I have moved many times since that first space and this sign has always been a part of each iteration of what we (my vision, my teams and our community) created.
In this last move, I had no intention of hanging a sign… I had to recycle the two previous big, light up beauties that were here in this complex. That was sad… they cost more than a car and paying to recycling them cost more than this simple sign cost to make all those years ago.
It was a joy to come back and see that it was approved and displayed. To me, it represents the simplicity of this new practice model. my humble beginnings and the significance with gratitude of still being in service in this community.
June was 25 years adjusting and August will be 18 years as Pier View!
