Parents,

With the introduction of the new program, ParentSquare, many of you are able to now see your student's schedule prior to schedule pick up (for 6th through 12th grade). This is a friendly reminder:

Schedule change request can be made starting Aug 7th at open house. Schedule changes will be processed as they are received. Please understand that not all schedule changes will be possible.

At this time, we are still finalizing all schedules and your student's schedule may change.

Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Erin Horne, Normangee Elementary Counselor, on being named the 2025 ESC Region 6 Elementary Counselor of the Year! 🏆💚

This prestigious honor recognizes Mrs. Horne’s outstanding commitment to student success and well-being, as well as her powerful leadership, advocacy, and service to our school community.

With over 20 years in education and the last three serving as our Elementary Counselor, Mrs. Horne has made a lasting impact on our students, staff, and families. She has implemented meaningful programs that support the social and emotional needs of students, foster a positive school climate, and encourage community pride through student-led service projects. 🌟

Beyond our campus, she actively contributes to the Region 6 Crisis Management Team and even launched a Rural Counselor’s Cohort to support other counselors across Leon County.

Mrs. Horne truly goes above and beyond every day—and her passion, heart, and dedication make Normangee ISD a better place for everyone.

SENIORS!!!!

Seniors that would like to personalize their parking spot may come by the high school office to pick out and purchase a reserved spot. Acknowledgment of the rules must be signed by student and parent before a spot can be claimed and painted. Full details and acknowledgment forms were sent out to parents through email. Extra copies may be picked up in the high school office.

You do not need to bring anything. Everything you need will be provided.

I will meet everyone at the front doors. Plan on it taking at least 2 to 2 1/2 hours minimum.
