Meet SuperHeart SuperHero Lume Collaku!

Lume was recognized for her incredible compassion, quiet humility, and unwavering willingness to serve others from the heart. While performing her housekeeping duties, Lume noticed that a few residents had clothing items in need of mending. Without being asked and without any expectation of recognition, she offered to help. Lume took the clothes home, repaired them with care, and returned them to the residents — all free of charge. When asked, she humbly shared that she used to be a seamstress. Her simple act of kindness not only met a need but also sparked joy and connection among the residents.

Thank you, Lume, for reminding us that every act of kindness matters. Your generous spirit and servant’s heart beautifully reflect the vision of our founder, Jacob Meier — transitioning from mending soles to mending souls. You truly embody what it means to serve with heart.
