Meet Jackie Raschke, Life Enrichment Director! 🌟

Jackie’s passion for helping seniors began at a young age, accompanying her mother, a nurse, as she cared for people in their homes. Over the years, Jackie spent much of her career managing dementia neighborhoods, deepening her understanding of compassionate, person-centered care, before feeling called to serve residents at Central Baptist Village.

“Walking into CBV each day, I feel the energy and dedication our team brings to our residents and to one another. It’s a culture that I am energized by and proud to be part of.”

Romina started her career at CBV in our Culinary Department and, with dedication and hard work, received her certification and transitioned into Nursing as a CNA. Along the way, she took full advantage of CBV’s educational assistance benefit to help with tuition and achieve her goals.
