We’re excited to share that Onyx Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers will soon begin facility improvements and remodeling to enhance our spaces and create a more welcoming environment for our residents.

You may notice some temporary changes during this time, please pardon our appearance as we work to make these meaningful upgrades. Most importantly, resident care will not be disrupted, and all daily routines will continue as usual.

A talented barber from Philly, Mr. D’s creativity doesn’t stop there. Mr. D brings personalities to life through incredible caricatures of celebrities, fictional characters, and even the familiar faces he meets every day. We’re proud to celebrate his talent!

Our team spent time decorating the first floor in honor of Ramadan 🌙✨

Ramadan is a sacred month in the Islamic faith focused on prayer, reflection, fasting, and acts of kindness. We are proud to celebrate the cultures and traditions that make our community so special.
