Dr. Halpern attended The Pennsylvania State University and The Pennsylvania College of Optometry and earned B.S. and O.D. degrees. He served as a captain in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps and served as president of The Pennsylvania Optometric Association. He has been in practice in Norristown for more than 30 years. His practice includes all aspects of family eye care and includes the treatment of eye disease, glaucoma, and the management of refractive and cataract surgery. He specializes in the fitting of all types of contact lenses. Dr. Paul Halpern is a member of Volunteer Optometric Services for Humanity. VOSH sponsors eyecare missions to third world countries where the people have no organized healthcare. Dr. Halpern has travelled to Haiti twice over the last year with other VOSH doctors to take eyecare to the Haitians who would otherwise have no care. Info on Dr. Sarah Robich O.D. Dr. Sarah R. Robich is originally from Natrona Heights, PA. She graduated from Slippery Rock University magna cm laude in 2004 with her B.S. in biology. She then attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry where she received clinical honors in her disease, hospital, primary care, and contact lens rotations. Dr. Robich graduated in May 2012 with her Doctorate of Optometry. Dr. Paul Halpern welcomed Dr. Sarah Robich as an associate at his Norristown practice in July 2012.
