Carl Jung’s words remind us that the patterns, fears, and wounds buried deep in our unconscious shape our choices, relationships, and self-perception—until we bring them into the light.

Therapy is the space where we uncover these hidden narratives, challenge old beliefs, and take back control of our lives. What once felt like “fate” may just be an unexamined pattern waiting to be rewritten.
