Join us this Saturday, August 30th, 9:00-11:00am for a gentle 2.1-mile wooded loop walk designed to immerse you in the restorative benefits of nature. This experience will include periods of silent, mindful intention to deepen awareness of the surrounding environment. Participants will be guided through simple breathwork techniques to promote relaxation and presence. The session will also incorporate guided meditation and sound healing to support energetic balance, enhance mental clarity and emotional well-being. This program is suitable for all fitness levels and will be conducted at a slow, steady pace to encourage full engagement with the practice. We will end with a tea ceremony to integrate and share insights gained during the experience.
