Perfect platter of Polish cookies for your Easter dessert table. These are called Wafle. They are dolce de late filled sheets of wafers covered with white chocolate and spring colored sprinkles. A raspberry, cherry, or almond filling is also available. There are at least 3 dozens of individual cookies for $35. Order now for pickup on the Saturday before Easter.

Delicious and beautiful apple roses. Wanted to try my hand at making these. Not difficult. Takes some time with many steps. But so very well worth it. A fantastic dessert for Thanksgiving!

My day long project for today. 33 quarts of sauerkraut. Would have been 37 except the bottoms blew out of 4 jars. Attribute to cheap Walmart jars. Guess there's nothing like Ball jars for quality.
This is the last time I will do such a large quantity. Getting to old for these kinds of projects. But happy to teach anyone who wants to learn.
The cost of food by greedy manufacturers is becoming too much for families to bear. Need to go back to growing and processing our own food!

Baked goods going to the flea market at Catamount Traders in Shelburne this weekend. Apple, lemon blueberry, and peach turnovers. Baklava; zucchini raisin muffins and chocolate chip cookies. Take a drive and stop by to visit. Just west of Greenfield on Route 2. Hope to see you there.

TIS THE SEASON!!!!!! Strawberry Rhubarb Pie in a 9 inch deep dish. Locally grown Rhubarb and California grown strawberries.
$16.00.. Order soon as the season is short.

Will be experimenting with freezing Rhubarb for pies for Thanksgiving as I have access to a bit of it.
