Our second annual door decorating contest has wrapped up! This year’s theme was Gingerbread. We had a lot of fun decorating and now we need your help in picking a winning door! Please leave a reaction such as a 👍🏻 or ❤️ on your favorite crafty masterpiece! Make sure you zoom in so you can really examine all the amazing details designed and brought to life by our super talented staff and providers! The voting will go until the end of the day on December 15th!

Introducing our 2 newest providers.

Dr Alex Mones is our newest P*P. His panel is open and accepting new patients!

Marlene Sandstrom, Ph.D. is our newest therapist. She's available for therapy sessions on Fridays.

We're thrilled to have both of them join our practice and we look forward to both of them serving the community for a long time.

To all our patients and families on the Tufts Health Direct health insurance plan, unfortunately this insurance will no longer be accepted at NBP as of January 1, 2025.

You will or have already received a letter in the mail from Tufts outlining this issue, but we want to make sure everyone is aware and taking steps so that you can continue to receive care in our office.

Just wanted to let everyone know power is back on at both our North Adams and Williamstown locations. Phones are now back on line as well.

Just letting everyone know that power is down at the building and surrounding area. We have no internet or phones at the moment. Our understanding is that a transformer blew and that power will be off until that's fixed.

What a bittersweet day as we say goodbye and celebrate the retirement of Norhern Berkshire Pediatrics very first employed nurse, Lynn DeSanty! Thank you for your many years of service and dedication! Your daily hugs will be missed by all! We wish your many years ahead be filled with happy adventures and hope you enjoy every moment of this next phase of your life!

Starting Monday, May 13th our RX line will no longer be available for prescription refill requests.

The easiest way to request a prescription refill is on MyChart. If you have not signed up for a MyChart account, you should do so by contacting our office.

If you’re unable to put in the request on MyChart you can call your pharmacy to send our office an electronic refill request.

If you have trouble with either of those two options, our reception team will be happy to assist you in putting in a refill request.

We just want to let patients and families know that the elevators in our North Adams office are currently out of service. Building maintenance is aware and they are working to quickly resolve the issue. In the meantime, the stairs are across from the elevator. 🧗‍♂️🧗 We apologize for the inconvenience.
