We want new parents to know that it’s okay to set boundaries for you and your baby!

✨ Consider setting visiting hours so you can still have time just you and your baby.

✨ If you need a break, step into a calm, dim room to feed or simply breathe.

✨ If it feels overwhelming to set boundaries, ask a partner or family member to help communicate them.

Setting boundaries isn’t selfish, it’s caring for you and your baby. You’re doing an amazing job!
