A few weeks ago we had the opportunity to be a sponsor at The Future of Workplace Wellness Conference.

This conference highlighted how nutrition, exercise and sleep are drivers of peak employee performance and wellbeing.

Research is proving that healthy employees are more productive, happier, less stressed and report higher job satisfaction.

Emphasizing workplace wellness is becoming increasingly valuable as the demands of life are increasing and making time for exercise becomes more difficult.

We are thrilled to be a part of changing the language and projecting a different future for the health of our population!

If you’re “doing all the right things” and not seeing results, it might be time to reevaluate your routine.

Excessive cardio without strength training won’t build muscle.

Doing random workouts with no structure won’t build muscle.

Inconsistency won’t build muscle.

That’s why our small group training is different. We systematically develop strength training programs that are based on building muscle while including cardiovascular training for heart health & longevity.

✅ 2-3 days of strength training
✅ following a program for 4-6 weeks
✅ 75 minutes of vigorous cardiovascular exercise

6️⃣ Our small groups have ALL been dialed in this month and the progress shows

Right here, this shows that kids are ALWAYS watching. Parents are the most important role models to kids’ habits and discipline.
