📸Throwback Thursday!

Did you know that we started Irwin Fitness in our basement?

May 2021 ➡️ current day, April 2026. 5 years between these photos.

It all started with a dream, and now that dream is our reality. It didn’t come from luck, it came from setting goals, taking risks, following through, being disciplined, having a strategy, and working hard.

Our message to you: this isn’t a celebration of us, we want YOU to see the same potential inside yourself.

If you can dream it, you can do it. Actionable steps toward ANY goal, large or small, personal or physical, is all it takes. Don’t just wish for anything that really matters to you; want it, own it, make it your reality.

Wishing the best of luck to Elsie as she embarks on her 10 day, 100-mile West Highland Way hike in Scotland!

Over the past 8 weeks Elsie has pushed the intensity in her training to prepare her body to be in the best shape for this hike.

During our training we worked on:
✅ increasing lower body muscular endurance to withstand long hiking days
✅ maintaining upper body and core strength for backpack carrying
✅ proper mobility, balance, and recovery to prevent injury

Time to see that hard work pay off. Anything is possible if you set your mind to it!
