How to fix your knee pain part three!
Continuing the video series, the message here is to keep it simple.
Don’t chase new and exciting workouts that claim to fix things and where they’re always changing. This doesn’t allow your body to adapt. Instead One of the greatest ways to progress any exercise program is to simply add more load than before.
Whether you use Weight or simply stand on one leg, those are great variations to create a progressive stimulus.
Obviously everyone is at a different level physically so if you see some of these and tell yourself there’s no way you can do them don’t worry because everything is modifiable.
