Pink, itchy eyes? Don’t guess — and don’t spread it. 👀

Pink eye moves fast, but a few smart habits can stop it in its tracks: wash/sanitize hands, use a warm compress (fresh clean cloth each time), skip contacts + eye makeup, and don’t share towels, pillows, drops, or makeup. Wipe down the “high-touch” stuff too (phone, doorknobs, remotes, bathroom counters).

Come into AFC if you’re having eye pain, light sensitivity, vision changes, thick discharge, or symptoms that aren’t improving after 3–4 days (or keep spreading). We can help figure out whether it’s viral, bacterial, or allergies — and guide the right treatment.
