Providing equitable access to care isn’t just about what we offer, it’s about how families experience it. Bethany, IBCLC, began her lactation career at the Hispanic Health Council in Connecticut, where she saw how cultural and language barriers can affect breastfeeding support. A former Acelleron team member and now a private practice lactation consultant, Bethany continues to refer families to Acelleron for the high level of care and accessibility she values.

She taught herself Spanish to better serve families and has seen how impactful it is when information is easy to navigate in their own language.
