🌞 Extreme Heat Alert: Keep It Cool, MAC Fam! 🌬️💧

Temps are rising fast this week! At MAC Residential, we’re putting safety first—for both residents and staff.

☀️ Here’s how we stay cool and safe in the heat:
✅ Hydrate often — water every hour!
✅ Plan outdoor time in the morning or early evening
✅ Use shaded areas and cool towels for quick relief
✅ Watch for signs of heat illness: dizziness, nausea, or confusion
✅ Keep fans on—but remember, AC is best during peak heat!

🧊 Hot tip from the field: Use frozen water bottles wrapped in towels for a quick neck or lap cool-down during van rides or med passes.

💙 Our DSPs are trained to notice early signs of heat stress and adjust routines to keep everyone comfortable. Because safety is support.
