Congrats to our NJ HIIT FitFam who completed the NYC United Half Marathon today!

30,000 runners took on an incredible course starting in Prospect Park in Brooklyn and finishing in Central Park, running through iconic landmarks including the Brooklyn Bridge and Times Square.

This race is known for its hills, but that didn’t stop our squad from showing up strong, pushing through every mile, and conquering the course.

Proud of every one of you who represented NJ HIIT today. Your grit, discipline, and commitment continue to inspire our entire NJ HIIT community.

HYROX Training at NJ HIIT 3.7.26 🔥

Today’s session is about pacing, grip strength, and staying composed when fatigue sets in.

4 rounds for time:
• 20 Cal Bike
• 100 ft DB Lunges
• 100 ft Burpee Broad Jumps
• 25 Wall Balls

Then we move into:
🏃 1 Mile Run
💪 800m Farmer Carry

Every break during the carry = 15 KB Deadlifts
Start the carry with Deadlifts.

This one will test your engine and your grip. Stay disciplined early so you still have something left when the carry hits.

HYROX athletes, this is the type of work that prepares you for race day.
