Spring Equinox Sound Bath 🌿

The Spring Equinox is a moment in nature when day and night reach perfect balance. It’s an ideal time to pause, reset, and support the body’s natural regulation systems.

During this immersive sound journey, crystal singing bowls create sustained harmonic tones that soothe and calm the nervous system. Research suggests that slow, resonant sound frequencies can encourage the brain to shift toward relaxed alpha and theta states, which are associated with meditation, creativity, and nervous system recovery.
