That's the bigger umbrella my wife Melissa and I are creating together to hold all the rhythm events, sound healing, and energy work we're bringing into the world. I'll share more about that soon, but for now I'm just excited to keep building community through rhythm and sound therapy.

Groove Bear Rhythm is officially out in the world — and I’m on the lookout for new spaces to share the healing power of rhythm!

I create inclusive, joy-filled drum circles and sound wellness sessions for all ages and ability levels. Right now, I’m looking to connect with:
