Body fat isn’t just about how you look it plays a major role in hormone balance, energy levels, metabolism, and overall health. But not all body fat is the same.
Healthy body fat supports organ function, while excess body fat, especially around the abdomen, can increase inflammation and raise the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and chronic fatigue. That’s why focusing only on weight can be misleading.
At Embrace Body Fitness & Nutrition, we don’t guess we measure.
Using advanced body composition analysis, we assess body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, visceral fat levels, and how your body stores fat and builds muscle. This allows us to create a personalized wellness plan not a one-size-fits-all approach.
