What to Expect in this Class:
This hour is all about feeling good, not perfect! We'll practice in a gently warm room (75−80∘F) to help your muscles relax and deepen your stretch.
🧘♀️ Grounding Flows: Start by settling your mind and easing tension from the day.
💪 Sneaky Core Work: Build functional strength through focused Pilates movements that support your entire body.
✨ Supportive Props: We use blocks, straps, and bolsters to make every pose more supportive—or, if you're feeling spicy, we can use them to deepen the challenge!
