If you are a shot patient PLEASE utilize our OhMD app in order to say you are coming for shots. This will cut down on your wait time. We also have an extremely high call volume.

Download the app and fill out the current shot patient's information. It will ask you to search for a provider; we are either under "Covenant Family Allergy" or "Family Allergy." We will approve you and then you can text.

**Please note that no responses will be given on the OhMD app**

IF THE APP IS NOT WORKING FOR YOU try these steps:
-First, sign out of the app (use the little arrow at the top left of the screen)
-Then delete the app off of your phone
-Download the app again from your app store (links for IOS and Android below)
-Sign back in to the app and you should be able to text.

Be aware that sometimes the app takes a little while to load.
