offerings are also available for those interested in chakra cleansing, mind-body awareness and counseling to identify root causes to your pain. Many of us experience pain that has an unknown origin. What is the root cause to this pain? Maybe you are not aware that the pain you experience, whether diagnosed or of unknown origin, is something that may have happened to you many years ago. Trauma, stress and abuse remains within our bodies until we are ready to address it. After years of "stuffing things down", disease can occur. Mind-Body Medicine has many different meanings. For me it is about awareness. Why does my arm, leg, or hip hurt, and what is behind the hurt? Why do I feel so anxious or nervous or depressed? Why do I continue to doubt myself or say yes when I mean no? Questions of this nature tell us that there is a root cause to all of our aches and pains. For me, Mind-Body Medicine is about the awareness of the why's. We may not always have an answer, and that is okay, too. Sometimes we find that we do not really need an answer or the approval of another. It is all about the awareness of these kinds of things. As a Health Coach, I am here to walk with you in your unique journey and help you understand the pain that causes you hurt. In the long run, Mind-Body Medicine is all about learning how to take care of and love yourself.
