Gravity doesn't care what device you use the more you bend your neck forward to look at your phone, the more pressure you place on your neck. In fact, when you bend your neck forward just 30° you're adding an additional 40POUNDS of extra weight. That's like carrying a 5 gallon jug of water on your head!

Quick question: Recent xrays of my lumbar spine reveal mild spondylosis lumbar spine. Can Chiropractic help?
I can't say enough how great Dr. Mullane and his staff are! I haven't been going very long but I already have relief! I tell everybody at work, that I hear complain about their back or neck hurting that I have a great Chiropractor they need to go to.
In these trying times I am so grateful that Dr Mullane and his incredible staff are open!!!! I walked in this morning for my appointment feeling a little down and certainly in need of my chiropractic adjustment. A short time later I walked out feeling wonderful!
