Happy Monday All! Yes, Christmas time has fully arrived if you haven't notice and for some of us, we have been blessed with quite a bit of "white stuff" already. Knowing that the winter season has started a wee bit earlier than normal, are we going to fall into our "winter routines" sooner as well. I know it is cliche', but there is no better time to break your habitual patterns than TODAY. You have heard all the hype and promise of many different plans, programs and offers - whether it be for losing weight, getting healthy, getting into shape, eating better, getting stronger, preparing to run/walk that half or full marathon, taking care of that nagging back/neck pain, or what ever it is. The truth of the matter is, that is all comes down to you. Making the decision, taking that first step (maybe it's a leap of faith), but most importantly, being CONSISTENT. One thing that can help in this journey is setting a goal. But, not making it an outrageous, unattainable goal, but a realistic one and most importantly, a MEANINGFUL one.
