It’s time! That’s right, time to start training for ski season! It takes a good 6-8 weeks to build strength (if not 10-12!) so now is the time to start.
I have two programs available to help you get ready for your best season yet:
1. Customized program - this includes a 30 min in person or virtual assessment (available for WA state residents only) where we’ll test your strength and mobility as it relates to skiing.
Then I’ll develop a customized exercise program based on the findings and your goals. Every two weeks, you’ll receive a survey to fill out about your progress to help me advance your exercises. You’ll also have unlimited communication with me throughout the program so we can adjust things as needed.
2. Non-customized version - 12 week program with set exercises through an online app. The exercises are divided into two week chunks and will progressively challenge your strength and mobility specific to skiing. They will take about 45-60 min to complete and can be done 2-3 days/week.
