Return to Run Postpartum is back! After a hugely successful program last year, we’re bringing it back better than ever, with two past participants, Jess & Sara, returning as run coaches!
Designed by a Pelvic Floor PT, this program gives you everything you need to safely return to running with expert guidance and a supportive community.
What’s Included?
✅ A Postpartum Evaluation with a Dr. of Physical Therapy to assess your personal goals and any modifications you might need based on YOUR body.
✅ 10 weekly group runs with expert coaching and support.
✅ Weekly group strength program led by Certified Postpartum Exercise Specialist- Cynthia MacKay
✅ Assigned Accountability Buddy to keep you motivated.
✅ Supportive community for extra meetups & encouragement.
✅ Bonus workshops on postpartum health, nutrition, and hormones!
