As of Monday, August 4, the Chief Quality Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Assistant are no longer with Waterfall Community Health Center.
We are grateful for the time these individuals have contributed to our organization and will use this opportunity to build a unified and sustainable path forward for our organization, our staff, and the community we serve.
In the months ahead, Waterfall will fill these positions with leaders uniquely qualified to help guide the organization in the strategic direction necessary for stability, equity, and sustainable care.
The CEO, supported by a dedicated interim leadership team, will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure continuity of care and services. Their focus will be on improving communication, accessibility, and collaboration during this transition.
Throughout this transition, Waterfall will maintain an unwavering focus on its core purpose: providing excellent care to its patients and fostering a safe, respectful environment for its dedicated team members.
