It is with deep regret, that I am announcing the closing of Feet For Keeps in November of this year. I am doing my best to accommodate the appointments that have already been scheduled. I have been fortunate to find a Certified Foot Care Nurse that has offered to take over my Omaha clients, but I am still working on Fremont and surrounding small towns. Letters have been sent to my clients addressing details of upcoming scheduled appointments. Thank you all for your love and support through the last six years!

Feet For Keeps will no longer be operating out of the On Your Way Wellness building in North Bend. However, I will continue to make home visits for your foot care needs (toenails, corns, calluses, nail and foot fungus). As before, I do not bill insurance. Private pay only. I am currently accepting new clients.

If your feet look anything like these, a Foot Care Nurse can assess and treat with appropriate referrals as needed. You do not need to schedule an appointment with a podiatrist and wait weeks or months to be seen. I can see you in North Bend, at the On Your Way Wellness building, or in the comfort of your own home.

I am a nurse who is a Certified Foot Care Specialist with 27 years experience in health care, 14 years as a Registered Nurse, and nearly 5 years experience specialized in foot care. I have owned and operated Feet For Keeps since 2018. During the last 5 years, I have provided strictly "in home" foot care services for my clients. I am very excited to have been given the opportunity to have clients come to me now, for a more pampered, spa-like experience at the new On Your Way Wellness building at 611 E 6th St. in North Bend.

When should a foot care nurse be called?

-You or a loved one is struggling to manage nail care independently
-You or your loved one is recovering from surgery or an accident
-Sight problems are making it challenging to provide nail care
-You or your loved one no longer have the dexterity to safely manage nail care
-Fast and reliable treatment is needed for corns or calluses
-A professional is needed to provide nail care due to diabetes, dementia, arthritis, Parkinson's Disease, or a number of other illnesses/diseases

I will also provide pedicures and manicures for anyone who just wants their fingernails and toenails to look pretty. However, shellac and powder dips are NOT available.

I will still provide "in-home" foot care services for clients.

Feet For Keeps has joined On Your Way Wellness and will be accepting appointments a our new location, starting in April. Sara will continue seeing clients in their homes for medical pedicures, but if more pampering is what you desire, then pay Sara a visit at 611 E 6 th St., North Bend. Ask about mini manis.
