Hello Community!

It has been a minute....time is funny that way isn't it? In some ways it feels like it has been years and in some ways it feels like yesterday that we were in a groove, active and out and about.

It has been an interesting year moving through some pretty significant waves mentally, physically and emotionally. This being human thing is not always easy- is it?

We are back and have been moving and gathering more behind the scenes to find our groove again and are now starting to re-emerge back out into the wider world❤️ Excited to share and engage with you all again! More to come....

We can pivot and concentrate our energy into this clarity, trusting our souls to lead us to new truth in our thinking, new harmony in our feeling, and new direction in our heart.

Stacy W. is facing a diagnosis of breast cancer. A big life threatening diagnosis especially in the time of COVID can bring such a pivot. During this particular season we must now focus on personal health.

It is with heaviness in our hearts and clarity in our minds that we have to say goodbye to Sanctuary in this current form, for now.
