We are so very excited to announce that our very own is BACK starting tomorrow!!! We have missed her while she was in Mexico but we are so excited to have her back here for classes, training and more!!! If you are interested in personal training make sure to swing by the gym for her business card at the front desk. She will be subbing for Fatigue Friday tomorrow at 9:15 so make sure to hop into the gym and say hi! New spring schedule to be released here soon.

NEW PILATES CLASS STARTING THIS THURSDAY 2/26 8:00am! Meet Kelsea!!!!

Kelsea is a pelvic floor physical therapist by training who found her way into Integrative Medicine after navigating her own challenges with chronic fatigue, headaches, anxiety, and healer burnout. She began questioning the “push harder” approach to health, especially for women balancing careers, caregiving, trauma, and the constant pressure to do more.

In working with women within intimate spaces for 17+ years, it became apparent that many women feel deeply disconnected from their bodies, despite doing everything “right.” This realization reshaped her work. Today, she supports women in rebuilding trust within their bodies and creating more sustainable relationships with movement, rest, personal nourishment, and community.

Her teaching style centers on nervous-system-informed movement - including creative pilates flow that weaves together elements of pelvic physical therapy and yoga - to help people feel more centered, resilient, and grounded in their bodies.

When not teaching, talking about the pelvis in all of this glory, or being nose-deep in a myriad of books, she loves spending time with her husband and fox red labrador retriever. Together they travel, eat good food, enjoy fine wine, and explore the great outdoors.
