Not Diets provides one on one fitness training and instruction as well as group classes to encourage lifestyle change. Three main areas of focus are whole foods, plant-based eating, active lifestyle and choice of a "can do" attitude. Periodic cooking healthy cooking classes are also offered to provide practical training in whole foods meal preparation.
