At Sage & Soul Massage, our work has grown through experience, touch, trust, and time. 🌿

We are influenced by the rhythmic, flowing nature of Lomi Lomi massage, a Hawaiian tradition that mirrors the movement of the ocean. While we are not traditional practitioners, that intuitive and nurturing quality informs how we work with the nervous system.

When the body cannot anticipate where touch will land, it often stops guarding. The mind quiets. Space opens for rest and release.

Many of the people drawn to this work are women who carry a lot for others, often without realizing how little space they give themselves. This work offers a place to soften, receive, and simply be supported.

After 20 years of practice, we do not work from strict modalities. Every massage, every class, and every person we have learned from becomes part of our intuitive toolkit.
