Most updated on and off campus resources for you all! Posters will be going up soon, but feel free to drop requests for other resources below and to save these numbers to your phone! The most notable update is the replacement of NEDA with the Alliance for Eating Disorders and ProjectHeal’s hotlines instead, as they are *actually* body inclusive and are safe resources for folks struggling with their bodies/food/and more. Also, you can email Ali Tartaglia at alisontartaglia@bennington.edu or you can always drop by Student Life in Barn 113 for support if you need her, she’s an amazing resource 😊

Hi guys! Just an extra little post debuting something I've been working on for myself that I thought might actually be good to share. As someone who's struggled with panic attacks for years, I've yet to find an app that allows you to track them—date, duration, symptoms & triggers, severity, etc. The one I finally found, abler, has so many glitches that it's barely user friendly, so I've been trying out different templates on canva and finally designed my own. The link to download the pdf and make copies will be in the bio.
