After a thorough warm up I love some upside-down time! Keep the back rounded (like cat back) in Crow and Tripod could be against the wall if you're not ready for the middle of the room. Come out SLOWLY and pause for a few breaths as you come out. πŸ’ͺ🀸

Try these stretches, using the chair for stability, to gain range of motion in the ankles. These could be done seated in the chair. Standing brings a balancing challenge. Funky forward fold at the end if you're ready to try it! πŸͺ‘πŸ¦Ά

Photographer with years experience photographing children, families, and animals in a studio or outdoor natural light setting.

Stay-at-home Momma to a wonderful baby girl and kitty. I love photographing kids/families, practicing yoga, hiking, and think little kids are the funniest people on the planet. Currently working on finishing my 200 Hr yoga teacher training. I mostly photograph outdoors using natural lighting. All sessions come with digital images clients can print from.
