This support group is for those who have experienced the troubled teen industry and are seeking a safe space to process their experience and meet others. Please note that this group will meet in person in North Bethesda, MD. If interested, please contact with available days and times to meet and a dedicated day and time to meet will then be set. This is to guarantee the best meeting time for the group. Once group interest is gathered, more information will be shared.

New group alert! Our middle school group will be held on Tuesdays at 4:30 PM at our office in North Bethesda, MD.

Middle School Circle offers a safe and supportive space designed specifically for middle schoolers to explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies. Led by a licensed therapist, this therapeutic group offers a unique opportunity for pre-teens to connect, share, and grow together.

Sessions are $80 per 50 minute group session with a minimum of four people in the group. We strongly encourage group members to commit to the full seven weeks.

We are excited to announce our new group! Living Your Most Confident Life- Young Adult Neurodiversity Group

Join us for a 7 week group designed specifically for young adults who are neurodivergent. Led by a licensed therapist, this therapeutic group offers a supportive environment to explore social skills, cultivate meaningful relationships, and navigate life's challenges with confidence. Some of the group's themes include:

•Building self awareness
•Navigating relationships
•Problem solving & decision making
•Living life with confidence
