We’ve found that with a younger population, it is critical to focus on the client’s entire ecosystem, so we require the involvement of the full community, including interactive sessions with family members, peers, mentors, teachers, and coaches.

🌍 August 31 is International Overdose Awareness Day 🚨

At Sandstone Care, we walk alongside teens, young adults, and families impacted by substance use. We know the heartbreak of overdose — and we also know it’s preventable.

In 2024, the CDC estimated 80,391 overdose deaths in the U.S. Education, support, and access to tools like naloxone (Narcan®) can save lives. Overdose is a medical emergency, and every second matters.

Combined with our IOP or Day Treatment programming, our Transitional Living homes for young adults offer a structured home environment where you can focus on healing. Residents of these homes benefit from:
