Soup season is here, and while the last two years Iāve spent in Florida, this year Iām staying put.
Which means soups, squash and comfort foodā¤ļø
This recipe is from new cookbook āHealthy in a hurryā itās a creamy sausage, kale, and sweet potato soup but I added my own special twist to it and tripled the recipe to freezeš
It was easy, simple, beyond delicious 𤤠and I only used my ninja foodi! Less dishes and less mess!
Pro tip: I like to pack my soups full of dark greens, like kale, collards and dinosaur kale. (IMO it really ensures your getting the most veggies and nutrients in one single meal.)š
