Even though schools are cancelled due to icy morning conditions, the weather is predicted to be sunny ☀️ and warmer with temps remaining above freezing even into the evening. Our holiday series continued last week with a peace filled practice, “Prepare Him Room,” reflecting on preparing our hearts, as well as our homes, clearing away clutter and bringing forth True Presence, focusing on what truly matters this blessed holiday season.🌲💕🙏🥰

Our Holiday Yoga series continues this Wednesday 12/3! ✨🌲🙏🥰🌲 ✨
✨We’ll enjoy a more restorative practice this week, so feel free to bring extra blankets, pillows or bolsters if you can as we connect to presence in the midst of the preparations!
✨12/10 will be our Holiday Glow practice with an optional ornament exchange; If you’d like to participate, bring an ornament to gift that somehow represents an idea that you think resonates with our yoga practices. 🥰🧘‍♀️💕🙏☀️
✨12/17 will be our Winter Soltice celebration, a time to remember the sacredness of resting and restoring, wintering our energy and creating nurturing spaces within us and around us.

Thankful for these ladies and for a lovely wine yoga evening! Sports-sized wine bottles 😆🍷are perfect for that occasional wine-option pause during practice, savoring our sweet lives, also appreciating the gift that we are to others and to ourselves! Self-love is foundational to sharing our best selves and shining with our divine purpose in this world! 💕✨🙏🥂🧘‍♀️🥰
