Yoga Post update: Due to the intense heat, we’re canceling today’s Yoga & Blooms and tescheduling for Sunday, September 14th at 2pm at Country Roads Farm ! 🧘‍♀️💐The dahlia’s will be in fulll force for gorgeous fall bouquets!

We’ll flow through a fun & relaxing yoga session surrounded by beautiful fields, flowers, and wide-open skies. Snuggle up with friendly farm animals. Then, create a stunning flower bouquet to take home—and take tons of adorable pics while you’re at it! 💐🐐🐮💕

Grab your besties and do something truly refreshing, together. We’ll repost the updated link in late August or early September!

Nothing like goat yoga 🐐🧘‍♀️💕 to remind you to be in the moment, release expectations and embrace pure joy!! I delighted in sharing yoga with the fun kid campers in the morning and with the lovely ladies in the evening at Country Roads Farm in Mayville! So fun to have some of our HeartFlow yogis make the trek! It was an honor!! Join me July 17th for mini-highland cows yoga!! They’re sooooo lovable!! 🐮💕
