Newman Management & Consulting, LLC We are a Sales Management and Consulting firm located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area of Minnesota.

Newman Management & Consulting, LLC has consulted in various ways for businesses big and small. Our method is to completely think outside of the box using our 35+ years of coaching, marketing, sales and business ownership expertise. While many times our methods might not be what you are expecting, the end goal will be. Dr. Newman was taught at a very young age by his mentor in Bentonville Arkansas that no company will succeed on greed and small thinking. But, when they are willing to look outside of their current situation, plan ahead and know the steps to get there, then prosperity will follow. Sometimes the path is curved and bumpy, others straight and narrow, but one thing is for sure, we will get you to the end of the road on step at a time. Dr. Newman has owned, operated of managed several successful businesses including Eternal Life Inc. (an advertising agency in Minnesota), Marble Slab Creamery (a franchise ice cream shoppe in Branson, Missouri), Midwest Gift Exchange (an outside sale organization), Energy Zone Nutrition (a small privately held Herbalife shake shop), consulted as a Marketing Director for WindowLite Home Improvements (sales went form start-up to $36 million in two years) and was brought on twice by the same large moving company in Minnesota to establish and then re-establish a proper level of sales for profitability. Now, with 35+ years experience Dr. Newman hopes to continue helping make dreams come true for businesses both big and small. Dr. Newman's rates are determined by the scope of the project, not the size of the company, so all businesses are able to afford his experience and bring their companies to the next level.

The first thing to understand when you are trying to grow your business is this ... growth takes time. With the right leadership and training, that growth can be sped up but patience is always needed. I grow companies, big or small, but you must understand that sustained growth takes time. After all, the harvest comes in the fall, not in the summer.
