Constant aches that just won’t go away no matter how much you stretch?

It could be a stability issue.

When there’s a stability problem, your muscles often try to compensate — here’s what typically happens:
🌀 Overactive muscles – Certain muscles tighten up to make up for the lack of stability. These are often the ones you feel as “knots” or constant tension.
💤 Underactive muscles – Other muscles that should be doing the stabilizing job may become weak or “shut off” over time because they’re not being used effectively.
