One year ago today, I opened the doors to North Branch Family Chiropractic with a big dream, a lot of faith, and no idea just how much this journey would mean to me.

This past year has been filled with growth — not just in business, but personally too. I’ve had the privilege of caring for so many incredible patients, watching healing happen, building relationships, and becoming part of this amazing community in a deeper way than I ever imagined.

Every adjustment, every conversation, every referral, every word of encouragement — it has all mattered. I truly could not have done this without the support of my patients, my family, my friends, and everyone who has trusted me with their care.

Thank you for walking through this first year with me. I can’t wait to see what year two brings!

Big sister duties in action 💕

While little sis was getting her adjustment, her older sister stepped right in—making faces, sharing smiles, and keeping her happy the whole time.

Moments like these remind us that chiropractic care is truly a family experience. From the tiniest patients to their biggest supporters, we love watching families care for each other in our office.

Pediatric chiropractic care is gentle and designed to support a child’s growing nervous system, mobility, and overall comfort. Having a familiar face nearby can make the experience even easier for our youngest patients.

We love seeing families support one another and make wellness a shared journey from the very beginning.

🦌 Attention MN Deer Hunters: If you’ve been in a stand longer than your phone battery lasts… it’s time for an adjustment. 🦌

If you’ve spent the last two weeks sitting in a deer stand, you already know—those long, cold hours can do a number on your body. Stiff hips, tight lower backs, sore necks, and that “I’ve-been-sitting-too-still” ache are all very real post-hunt symptoms.

One of my favorite parts of having a family-focused practice is seeing little ones make themselves at home while mom or dad gets adjusted. This amazing block tower was proudly built by a couple of our tiny architects during their mom’s visit — and we love moments like this. 💛

At our office, we know that life doesn’t pause just because you have an appointment. That’s why we do everything we can to make our space welcoming, relaxed, and family-friendly. Whether your kiddos want to draw, build, or just hang out, they’re absolutely invited to come along.

🎃🍬 Got extra Halloween candy? We’ll take it! 🍬🎃

If your kids are swapping out their candy this year or you just have more sweets than you know what to do with, bring the extras to our office! We’re proud to be a collection site for Soldier’s Angels Treats for Troops program.

Soldier’s Angels is a nonprofit organization that supports deployed service members, veterans, and their families. Through the Treats for Troops program, donated Halloween candy is sent in care packages to our heroes overseas and distributed to veterans here at home — spreading a little sweetness and gratitude their way. ❤️

📍Drop off your candy at North Branch Family Chiropractic between 9 AM and 5 PM now through November 4th (unless more than 40 lbs is collected before then-collection will close after 40 lbs have been received). There will be a box outside the office door if no one is in the office.
