Options for Women, Men, and Families is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and organized person to join our team as a Part-Time Client Services Coordinator.
This role is a good fit for someone who cares about people, supports the dignity of every human life, and can serve clients with warmth, steadiness, confidentiality, and healthy boundaries.
The Client Services Coordinator helps welcome clients, complete intake and follow-up, maintain accurate records, and connect women, men, children, and families with practical support, parenting resources, material assistance, and community referrals.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Compassionate and respectful
• Emotionally steady in sensitive situations
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable with basic computer work and documentation
• Able to maintain confidentiality and follow policies
• Supportive of our life-affirming mission
✨ Pay: $20/hour
This is a meaningful part-time role in a small nonprofit environment where reliability, humility, and follow-through matter.
🕒 Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
