We’re excited to share our new Aerial Yoga program, something we’ve shaped with intention, experience, and care. What makes it different isn’t just the structure, but the teachers behind it. Each of our aerial instructors brings years of dedicated practice, teaching, and artistry to the silks. Together, we’ve created a program that feels intelligent, accessible, and deeply rooted in safe, progressive learning. Whether you’re stepping into the hammock for the first time or love a challenge, this approach is designed to meet you where you are and help you grow with purpose.

Sundays: Beginner Aerial with Vivian
Vivian creates the perfect space for new students to explore the silks with curiosity and confidence. You’ll learn foundational wraps, supported poses, and safe transitions that build trust in both body and fabric. Her calm, supportive approach makes this the ideal starting point for your aerial journey.

Saturdays: Fundamentals with Yuen
Yuen’s classes focus on building strength, balance, and refined control in the silks. With her eye for detail and encouraging energy, she helps you find stability and alignment through intermediate-level holds and transitions. It’s the bridge between learning and mastery, where precision meets power.

Fridays: Aerial Flow with Emily
Emily brings creativity and challenge together in this advanced-level flow. You’ll take the strength and control you’ve built and begin learning more advanced aerial tricks, then explore how to weave them into mini flows and cohesive sequences.

Each class has its purpose. Together, they form a complete path, from foundation to strength, and playful movement.

Sound and Restore Workshop

Step into a sanctuary of sound and presence.

This isn’t just a sound bath, it’s a restorative journey for body and mind. You’ll move through gentle, Restorative postures led by Michelle, designed to release tension and settle the nervous system. Elaine will guide the sound bath, blending crystal bowls and gong to create deep waves of calm and reflection.

The two practices weave together beautifully. Movement and stillness, vibration and silence, inviting you to soften, unwind, and reset for the week ahead.

 As the week winds down and a new one quietly approaches, it’s easy to carry the noise of life with us. Our Sunday night Sound Bath is a space to pause, clear the mind, and reset the body before the week begins.
Through sound and stillness, we reconnect with the part of ourselves that’s steady beneath all the movement of daily life. It’s not about escape, it’s about returning.
