The weather was not the best, but it was still a great day to learn! We read Festival of Colors by Kabir Sehgal & Surishtha Sehgal 💜 For those of us who celebrate Holi, we showed our friends how to have fun - chasing them and covering them in abir (colored powder) 😂 then making sure they eat some yummy snacks. We had mithai, plantain chips, and salsev! We had lots of fun welcoming in spring and can’t wait to see what the new season has in store for all of us - happy holi/pagwah 💛🧡🩷

This weekend we had a visit from our local health department!! We watched “Eddie Goes to Daycare” by Tasnim Salam and had lots of fun spotting all of the sneaky places Gus the Germ was hiding in 🦠Ms Amy put fake germs on our hands, which we got to see under her special light! Then she taught us how to properly wash our hands and we used the light again to see how well we washed the germs away. 🫧
