Offering non-traditional evening hours. Most private insurance accepted. My goal is to support you through becoming the best version of yourself, and to help you become well-equipped with various coping strategies that will get you through whatever may have you feeling stuck in life. I love working with adults in all stages of life. My specialty interests include: women's issues, gender and identity exploration, trauma, self-esteem, grief, and depression. I utilize treatment approaches that are evidence-based, affirming, and uniquely tailored to each client. My approach to counseling is holistic, collaborative & person-centered. I create a non-judgmental environment that allows my clients to feel safe & work toward their authentic self. You are welcome here exactly as you are. I often utilize strength-based therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), & motivational interviewing (MI), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) to help clients create & address goals in counseling.

The holistic treatment approaches I often use include: strength-based therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI) to help clients create & address goals in counseling. I also offer and am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy) that can be utilized to treat the issues mentioned above.
