Feelin’ a little sappy tonight🥲 I’ve been on this completely self-employed journey for 2 years now. I remember sitting in my kitchen back in 2023 counting how many clients I had on my books for my first month, making sure I’d make enough to pay my bills. I literally cried to my husband as I wrote myself my first paycheck.

The last 2 years have been surreal. If you’ve read this far, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart🫶🏼 for keeping me booked and busy & for every referral, like, share, comment, etc.. I wouldn’t be where I am without any of you💕 I have so many new & exciting things that I’ll be adding in December & into the new year & I can’t wait to share them with you all🥹

I will be out of the office 10/7-10/17 for some continuing education where I will be learning how to do ✨full body manual lymphatic drainage!✨

Prepping your body for a sauna session is SO important!✨ not only should you consume an adequate amount of fluids beforehand, but here are some other things to consider…

3 months in our new office already?! It’s crazy to look back and see our office continue to transition from what was once a full kitchen showroom, to what it is now🥹 Dr. Emily & I have poured so much into this space, and we are so appreciative of all of the support we have received thus far🫶🏼
