Happy New Year, Sirens 🤍 some gentle reminders for you.

The calendar New Year occurs in the dead of winter- nature is still sleeping, plants and animals are still dormant, Mother Earth is still resting. This is not yet the time to take bold action like we’re taught to by society. We’re still in the season of quiet reflection and rest.

Nature’s New Year begins with Spring - when the sun shines longer, the flowers begin to bloom, and the animals come out to play. When life returns from the dormancy of winter.

We have a Full Moon coming up on the 3rd, more release and surrender! The year of the horse truly begins around the Aquarius New Moon. There is still time. There is no rush. You can move gently and slowly through the rest of winter 🕯️🤍

Happy New Moon, Sirens! 🌑✨🧜🏼‍♀️
As the year of the Snake ends, we integrate all the lessons from the year and shed what we’ve learned isn’t aligned with our path. This was a year of deep reflection, growth, healing, and clarity. Next year, the year of the Horse, is all about taking the wisdom we’ve gained and using it to intentionally propel forward. Action, rewilding, living freely, living actively in our purpose. Set those intentions for the year ahead ✨

I have found that during Reiki sessions I most often experience tingling / chills, a light, floaty sensation, relaxation, and pure peace 🪽
