Time for a sneak peek! 👀✨

We’ve officially said goodbye to the old carpet and welcomed in some beautiful new upgrades. Fresh, grounding colors are up, giving the space a calm, inviting vibe. The new flooring ties everything together beautifully, and even a brand new front door is making its debut!

We’re still in the middle of the magic and taking this time to fully focus on bringing everything together the right way, and it’s been incredible watching the transformation unfold 🙌

We wanted to share an important update with our patient family 🤍

Over the next couple of weeks, we will be undergoing renovations to better serve you. During this time, we will not be accepting new patients as we focus on caring for those currently under our care and navigating construction schedules with our contractors.

You may notice that the office doesn’t have its usual warm, homey feel right now—and we completely understand. Please know we are doing everything we can to continue showing up for you with the same level of care, attention, and support you deserve.

Standing Spine Stretch
