We are kicking it off with Body Positive Yoga at 6pm with All things Lavender and a Floating Sound Bath (sold out) at 8:30pm with Kristen.

Saturday Yoga with Topaz will lead a moderate practice at 9am.

And Sunday we have Good Dog Yoga at 9am for Sunday Stretch followed by Pause with Kristen - FREE Group Breathwork session (Sold out) at 8pm.
